Surveillance :

• Daily/Flat rates are based on the investigators on-site time. Meals, travel, lodging and all other charges ARE included.  NOTE: Anything less than a full 8-hour day is prorated at an hourly rate.

Claims Investigations :

• Travel, lodging, and all other charges are NOT included in our hourly rate.
